This is by no means an exhaustive list of neighborhoods featuring luxury homes, however the areas below consistently offer to the market some of the finest properties available in Breckenridge.

Warriors Preserve

Seclusion, privacy, convenience. On Breckenridge’s southwest side is a small and prestigious collection of fine luxury homes: Warrior’s Preserve. Positioned to showcase stunning views of majestic Mount Baldy, these custom homes range in size from just under 4000 square feet to just under 6000 square feet.  From contemporary masterpieces with sleek lines and modern elements of polished stone and glass – to the most rustic of retreats, with massive Douglas Fir timber trusses and hand hewn log pillars. Regardless of architectural style, all homes here are graciously appointed with fine finishes and furnishings. Lot sizes here range from 1/3 acre to 2/3 acre, and there are 11 homesites in all. Boulder Ridge and Boulder Ridge III

If you’re an avid skier, Boulder Ridge and its sister neighborhood, Boulder Ridge III, offers the ultimate in convenience and luxury — and home prices under $3M. Located at the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge, homeowners and guests in Boulder Ridge can easily walk to the slopes of the resort as well as to the nearby Breckenridge Nordic center. Residents can also hop on the free town shuttle for a quick ride to the lifts or down into the town of Breckenridge. A select few of the homes here offer ski in access as there are private trails through the neighborhood that connect skiers directly to the ski run.

Goldenview

Goldenview homes enjoy some of the most magnificent views in the country, with majestic view corridors spanning the Blue River Valley, the Ten Mile Range, and the Continental Divide. The neighborhood and nearby area is rich with hiking, biking, and cross country skiing trails, and homes here enjoy free shuttle service, courtesy of the town of Breckenridge, which makes a stop every 30 minutes and connects Goldenview owners to Breckenridge Ski Resort and the town core. Juniata

Near Goldenview is the luxury neighborhood of Juniata. Just 22 homesites in all, featuring the best of all worlds: premiere custom homes on larger lots with dazzling views of the Ten Mile Range and Breckenridge Ski Resort, yet just 3.5 miles by car from Main Street. Gold Flake

The Highlands at Breckenridge

The Highlands at Breckenridge is a well designed and well-maintained subdivision between the town of Breckenridge and the Breckenridge Golf Club, which transforms beautifully into the Gold Run Nordic Center in the wintertime. The Highlands features paved roads, buried utilities, and larger land parcels, ranging in size from just over one-half acre to ten acres. The Fairways at Breckenridge

This magnificent assemblage of custom luxury golf course homes is nestled against the 1st,3rd, 4th and 6th holes of Breck’s 27-hole Jack-Nicklaus-designed golf course.

Western Sky Ranch

Western Sky Ranch offers phenomenal views. Perched above the town of Breckenridge, this luxury subdivision features larger land parcels than some of the other luxury neighborhoods located so close to town, and it’s only 2.5 miles northeast of Main Street. There are some phenomenal properties available here, including vacant land parcels. Summit Estates

Summit Estates offers a unique set of amenities. It’s located on the east end of Breckenridge’s Golf Club, the only municipally-owned Jack-Nicklaus-designed 27-hole golf course in the world. In addition, Summit Estates is one of the only Summit County subdivisions that features a private equestrian center. (Others are Spruce Valley Ranch, south of Breck, and Ruby Ranch Estates, near Silverthorne). Much of the neighborhood is surrounded by designated Open Space and National Forest, so premiere hiking, biking, and cross-country skiing trails are plentiful and not far away. Spruce Valley Ranch

Located just south of town, Spruce Valley Ranch is a subdivision of custom luxury homes and boasts a sweeping set of amenities, from tennis courts, a shooting range, and groomed cross-country ski trails, to boating and fishing on the gorgeous Goose Pasture Tarn. Timber Creek Estates

Timber Creek Estates is a luxury neighborhood, with a sense of seclusion yet only 5 miles south of Main Street Breckenridge. There are more than 50 single family homes and duplexes here, as well as a variety of vacant lots. Each home in the subdivision is unique and custom built, yet many of these homes come at a smaller price per square foot than some of the other luxury neighborhoods closer to Breckenridge. Sunbeam Estates

Sunbeam Estates offers an ideal location for luxury homebuyers who love to be close to everything Breckenridge has to offer. Nestled among tall trees on the south side of town, between the ice arena and Carter Park, Sunbeam Estates offers an easy walk to both of these recreational hubs, as well as to the boutique shopping, award-winning dining, and year-round festivals and events on Main Street Breckenridge. Peak Ten Bluffs

Peak Ten Bluffs is a new development of eight single family luxury homes on Breckenridge’s Peak 10. One home is complete, and another is underway. The homes feature close proximity to town and offers lock and leave convenience. Columbia Lode

Another new luxury development, Columbia Lode is located just off Main Street Breckenridge, on the north side of town. Ultraluxury Neighborhoods in Breckenridge

Shock Hill

Shock Hill is one of Breck’s most prestigious subdivision, offering gondola-in, gondola-out convenience. The neighborhood is situated right at the mid station of the BreckConnect Gondola, which connects owners with the base areas of Peaks 7 and 8 and affords easy access to the Breckenridge Nordic Center as well as the downtown core.
