Built in 2001 – with another phase built in 2006 – Settler’s Creek Townhomes consists of 66 townhome-style condominium units, ranging in size from just over 1000 square feet to just under 2000 square feet and from 2 to 4 bedrooms. In all, Settler’s Creek features twenty-four 2-bedroom units, thirty-two 3-bedrooms, and ten 4-bedrooms units.
Each unit here comes with its own washer/dryer and a private patio or deck for enjoying the peaceful seclusion of Settler’s Creek – along with the beautiful views. The three bedroom townhomes feature at least a 1-car heated garage, with extra storage space for bikes and skis. The 4 bedroom units feature a 2-car heated garage.
While most of the properties in the nearby River Run Village of Keystone are not pet-friendly, Settler’s Creek Townhomes do allow pets (for owners only and subject to HOA declarations.)
Floor plans are open and light-filled and the ample windows are nicely positioned to maximize the view corridors. Many townhomes feature views of Keystone’s iconic Wolf Rock; others of the surrounding forest. Outside at Minnie’s Cabin, you and your guests will love the year-round swimming pool and hot tubs, along with large gas grill and picnic area.
Settler’s Creek townhomes back to National Forest, so a good hiking trail is never far away. Hop on the free Keystone shuttle for easy access to the Keystone ski resort. Or take the short trip to the Keystone Nordic center. Fish on the Snake River, enjoy the many mountain biking trails or spend an afternoon exploring the Summit County Rec Path.
