Summit County’s free shuttle service, the Summit Stage, has a stop just down the road. Properties in this area tend to be a bit quieter than those located right downtown. Short-term and long-term rentals are permitted in this area, and, if you are a local buyer who works full time in the county, the town will waive the 1% transfer tax on most of these properties.
