River Run Base Area – A Prime Location in Keystone

River Run is a popular and family-friendly area in Keystone resort. Keystone’s gondola is located in River Run, and this gondola makes Keystone’s night skiing more comfortable on cold nights. Keystone Resort boasts 3,128 vertical feet and 2,870 acres over three peaks: Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and The Outback. Access to more terrain, including Independence Bowl, Bergman Bowl, and Erickson Bowl, is accessible via snowcat. The base of the resort is at 9,260 feet and the summit is at 12,408 feet.

As discussed above, Keystone Resort has night skiing available. And Keystone property owners and visitors also enjoy Nordic skiing, snowboarding, tubing, ice skating, snowmobiling and sleigh rides.

Keystone has a Nordic Center, a Tennis Center, snowmobile tours, and dog sled tours. Keystone is particularly family friendly with a variety of “Kidtopia” daily and weekly events.

Dining in Keystone is an experience you won’t soon forget. For example, you can take the Keystone gondola to 12,000 feet to enjoy fine dining at the Alpenglow Stube (the highest AAA Four-Diamond rated restaurant in North America).

Keystone in the summertime features some of the most scenic hiking, trail running, and mountain biking in the world. The area offers hundreds of miles of hiking and single-track mountain biking trails, as well as downhill mountain biking courses on Keystone mountain.

These neighborhoods of single family homes are either Alpine Ski In, Alpine Ski Out, or both.

Snowy Ridge. Just seven luxurious properties make up this secluded ultra-luxurious enclave. Ski down from your home to the lift.

Timber Trail. True ski in, ski out, plus private door-to-door shuttle service, and all the amenities of One Ski Hill Place, including bowling alley, pool & private movie theater.

Four O’Clock. Near the base of Peak 8. Ski in and only a short walk to the lifts. Huge rental potential. One listing in this subdivision grossed $160K from June of 2014 to May of 2015.

Shock Hill. A premiere luxury neighborhood. Located just steps from the gondola mid-station, which connects you with ski runs and with the Breckenridge downtown core. Shock Hill also features close proximity to Nordic ski trails.

Lomax Estates. Ski in/out access to 4 O’clock ski run on Peak 8.

Glenwild. 400 yds to Ski Area Base and shuttle. Gorgeous views, yet nestled in the woods.

Wildwood Lodge Condos.  Steps from Sawmill Creek and Four O’Clock ski run.

Mountain Thunder Lodge. Ski down the Skyway Skiway to your home. Walk to Main Street and the Gondola. Enjoy full access to all of One Ski Hill Place’s amenities including the bowling alley & pool, as well as the large outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at Mountain Thunder Lodge. Strong rental numbers.

Tyra Summit Condos. Steps to Snowflake and Four O’Clock run. Underground parking, an elevator, pool and hot tubs on site

Tyra IV Riverbend Lodge Condo. True ski in, ski out. The Snowflake Lift is right outside your door.

Village at Breckenridge. Ski in, ski out at the base of Peak 9 and within walking distance of Main street. Plaza renovation is to be completed in 2016, so make sure to address future assessments if you are interested in a Village condo. The Chateaux Condominium Hotel and Plaza 3 condos are also part of the Village complex.

Skiwatch. Ski down to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chairs.

Los PinosEasy access to the Snowflake chair lift and a short walk to town.

Pine Ridge Condos. Situated on the Four O’clock ski run, this is a perfect ski-in location and only one block to Main St.

River Mountain Lodge. Walk two blocks to the gondola to start your day. Ski home by way of the 4 o’clock run. River Mountain Lodge is located just one block off Main Street.

Beaver Run. Features a large conference center and many amenities – including two swimming pools, multiple hot tubs, private shuttle, restaurant, game room, bar, tennis court etc. Impressive rental numbers.

Retreat Condo.  Snowflake Lift is just 100 yards away.

Trails End. Ski in, ski out with indoor/out door hot tubs, access to swimming pool and easy walk to town.

Double Eagle condo. Ski in via the Four O’clock Run. Easy walk to the Snowflake lift.

Tannenbaum by the River. Ski in from Quicksilver.

Antler’s Lodge Condominums. Steps from Four O’Clock Ski Run and across the street from Snowflake Lift.

Grandview at Breckenridge. Affordable condos that make great rentals. Ski in, ski out via the Four O’Clock Ski Run. One block to the Nordic Ski Center.

Liftside Condo. True ski-in/ski-out condo at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver Lift. All Liftside Condos are studios. Great amenities with pool, hot tubs, exercise facility and underground parking. 

Breckenridge Park Meadows Condo. Located just off the Four O’Clock Run and Sawmill Creek. This traditional ski lodge was built soon after the Ski Mountain was opened. 

Breckenridge Ski In, Ski Out Townhomes

These Breckenridge townhomes are either Alpine Ski In, Alpine Ski Out, or both.

Highlander Townhomes. Located next to the Snowflake chairlift. 

Elk Ridge Townhomes. Walk to the Snowflake chairlift.

The name, Main Street Station, is a nod to Breckenridge’s rich history of trains, particularly the narrow gauge railway that stopped at the Breckenridge depot on the south side of town up until the 1930s. Today, in fact, you can see the original Engine No.9 on its original High Line track that entered Breckenridge from Boreas Pass.
