Snodallion Condos for Sale

Originally constructed in 1972, the Snodallion condominium building recently enjoyed a completely renovated exterior.

The condos are intelligently laid out with open floor plans, ranging in size from 512 square foot studios to, the largest, a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom unit at 2,025 sq. ft. Most of the units here, however, are one and two bedrooms.

When your day of skiing, biking, or hiking is complete, about 100 yards to the east is the Columbine pool complex, a heated outdoor year-round pool, with two large outdoor hot tubs and two indoor hot tubs. The complex features showers and lockers, and there is a well-maintained common area for you and your guests to enjoy here as well. The Columbine pool is shared by a group of condos in the immediate area.

There’s also a peaceful walking path leading from Snodallion to Main Street Station, which leads you directly into downtown Breckenridge.

These neighborhoods of single family homes are either Alpine Ski In, Alpine Ski Out, or both.

Snowy Ridge. Just seven luxurious properties make up this secluded ultra-luxurious enclave. Ski down from your home to the lift.

Timber Trail. True ski in, ski out, plus private door-to-door shuttle service, and all the amenities of One Ski Hill Place, including bowling alley, pool & private movie theater.

Snowflake. Slopeside subdivision with true ski in/ski out access.

Wildwood Lodge Condos.  Steps from Sawmill Creek and Four O’Clock ski run.

Mountain Thunder Lodge. Ski down the Skyway Skiway to your home. Walk to Main Street and the Gondola. Enjoy full access to all of One Ski Hill Place’s amenities including the bowling alley & pool, as well as the large outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at Mountain Thunder Lodge. Strong rental numbers.

Tyra Summit Condos. Steps to Snowflake and Four O’Clock run. Underground parking, an elevator, pool and hot tubs on site

Tyra IV Riverbend Lodge Condo. True ski in, ski out. The Snowflake Lift is right outside your door.

Village at Breckenridge. Ski in, ski out at the base of Peak 9 and within walking distance of Main street. Plaza renovation is to be completed in 2016, so make sure to address future assessments if you are interested in a Village condo. The Chateaux Condominium Hotel and Plaza 3 condos are also part of the Village complex.

Skiwatch. Ski down to the Colorado and Rocky Mountain Super Chairs.

Pine Ridge Condos. Situated on the Four O’clock ski run, this is a perfect ski-in location and only one block to Main St.

River Mountain Lodge. Walk two blocks to the gondola to start your day. Ski home by way of the 4 o’clock run. River Mountain Lodge is located just one block off Main Street.

Beaver Run. Features a large conference center and many amenities – including two swimming pools, multiple hot tubs, private shuttle, restaurant, game room, bar, tennis court etc. Impressive rental numbers.

Retreat Condo.  Snowflake Lift is just 100 yards away.

Trails End. Ski in, ski out with indoor/out door hot tubs, access to swimming pool and easy walk to town.

Double Eagle condo. Ski in via the Four O’clock Run. Easy walk to the Snowflake lift.

Tannenbaum by the River. Ski in from Quicksilver.

Liftside Condo. True ski-in/ski-out condo at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver Lift. All Liftside Condos are studios. Great amenities with pool, hot tubs, exercise facility and underground parking. 

Breckenridge Park Meadows Condo. Located just off the Four O’Clock Run and Sawmill Creek. This traditional ski lodge was built soon after the Ski Mountain was opened.

These Breckenridge townhomes are either Alpine Ski In, Alpine Ski Out, or both.

Highlander Townhomes. Located next to the Snowflake chairlift. 

Elk Ridge Townhomes. Walk to the Snowflake chairlift.

Mountain Thunder Townhomes. Ski down the Skyway Skiway to your home. Walk to Main Street and the Gondola. Enjoy full access to all of One Ski Hill Place’s amenities including the bowling alley & pool, as well as the large outdoor heated pool and hot tubs at Mountain Thunder Lodge. Strong rental numbers.

If your legs are tired from a long day on the slopes, hop on the free Breckenridge town bus.  It stops right at the Base 9 complex.

Built in 1979, each of the 22 units that make up Breckenridge’s Base 9 Condos is well laid out, with a spacious feel. Each condo features a full-size kitchen and breakfast bar, a private patio, and a washer/dryer.

The 1100 square feet, two bedroom floor plan sleeps up to seven people comfortably. The larger Base 9 condos for sale also have a den or family room, boosting the square footage to 1350 square feet.

The area where Base 9 Condos are located is well known as a relatively quiet place, particularly for how well positioned it is to all the Breckenridge action. That’s because it is located snugly in the residential Warriors Mark community.

The Association fees at Base 9 vary with the size of the unit and start at $315. This fee includes Cable TV, common area maintenance, HOA management, snow removal, and water & sewer. (These dues were current as of the time of this writing. The dues, and their inclusions, are subject to change, so make sure to check before you buy.)

Base 9 Condos features a large, paved surface parking lot, so you can park in front of your unit. And these are popular rental units, as well. One property management company has projected gross annual rental income of anywhere from $28,000 to $32,000 for the smaller, 1150 square foot Base 9 unit.

Get to Base 9 Condos for Sale:

Head south on Breckenridge Main Street. Turn right onto Broken Lance (just past the Conoco). Turn left at the first stop sign. Base 9 Condos is the first condo complex on your left.
